‘Giant Pascal’, also known as ‘Giant Golden Pascal’ is a non brittle variety which is slow to pith, an excellent old heirloom celery variety that produces eighteen to twenty inch tall, thick, heavy stalks that are pale yellow-green in color, are tender, and have a good flavor. A self-blanching variety.
