An early season variety weighing in at up to 2-3lb, it heads up six weeks earlier than other varieties, with a medium green colouring and uniform shape. It has a mild sweet flavour and is good for eating fresh, in coleslaw, cooked, frozen or made into sauerkraut. Plant in full sun.
