Italian Oregano has a much milder flavour than Greek Oregano and is a the most popular culinary variety. The flavourful leaves are commonly used, either fresh or dried, as culinary herbs for a variety of dishes, including meats, fish, salads, Greek and Italian dishes, and tomato based dishes and sauces. The hotter and drier the Summer we have, the more aroma and flavour an oregano will have. It grows to a height of 24”. Plant in full sun. Mosquito repelling, deer and rabbit resistant, drought and heat tolerant. Semi Hardy (Zone 5)
