Very elegant, award winning iris Swans in Flight, is a clump forming perennial with incredibly large ivory white flowers, 5″ across (12cm) adorned with lemon yellow signals. Blooming in late spring to early summer, the blossoms rise atop sturdy flower stalks, well above the foliage. After blooming, the upright, narrow, blue green leaves remain fresh looking all season.
Grow in full sun to partial shade, in moist but well drained soil. Attracts butterflies to your garden, deer and rabbit resitant. Ideal for beds and borders, bog gardens, ponds and streams. Grows to heights of 3 feet with a spread of 2 feet.
