This midseason eating grape produces virtually seedless, blue-purple fruit with a sweet musky flavour. Makes great preserves. Commonly sold from the Okanagan as fresh seedless table grapes, but also are the most widely grown table grape in Canada. The fruit has a vibrant blue colour similar to Concord and is earlier than traditional varieties. A great option for organic growers as fruit clusters tend to be more open allowing for better airflow. Sovereign Coronation was developed at Summerland Research Station, in BC.
