Royal Wedding Siberian Campanula (bellflower) grows as a perennial herbaceous plant and reaches heights of 32″. The branched stems are short and hairy. The leaves are arranged in a basal rosette and alternately distributed on the stem. The flioriferous bright purple-blue flowers hang downwards and resemble bells (hence the common names of Bellflower and Canterbury Bells).
Plant in partial shade in well drained fertile soil. Blooming mid to late summer they attract hummingbirds and butterflies to your garden, and are deer and rabbit resistant. They are ideal for beds and borders, mixed containers, patios and terraces and are equally at home in formal or cottage style gardens.
